A Message to REALTORS from Dan Colantone-CCO of the Greater Akron Chamber

With all the disappointing news in the housing market and other major issues causing us to step back and wonder how we'll overcome, I hope you are energized with a sense of enthusiasm and excitement with all that will happen over the next five years in the Akron region.  With several major economic development projects underway, deals that will result in more than 5,000 jobs, as well as Goodyear's recent $900 million project, with a potential for a billion dollars of market impact, you can believe the home market will improve!  You will be selling and building more homes.

You can share with your customers the good news and great things that are happening in Akron.  CLICK HERE for two documents you can share with your clients.  As you reach out to them, please feel free to refer them to our web portal www.greaterakronchamber.org where they will find further evidence of Akron's growth potential.  The website is loaded with many tools to sell our region.
