Annual Membership Meeting - Friday, July 10th

Proposed Bylaws Changes will be reviewed at the Annual Membership Meeting scheduled for Friday, July 10, 2009 at 9:00 a.m.  This meeting is being held in conjunction with a 3 hour Civil Rights CE class instructed by Joyce Willson.  Cost is $10.  CLICK HERE FOR a registration form.

Fannie Mae Guidelines

Are you running into trouble collecting your agreed-to commission from lenders in a short sale transaction?  Fannie Mae has made it clear that lenders aren't to modify commissions after they've been agreed to by the seller and the sale associate.  To help resolve cases in which lenders fail to honor commission agreements, Fannie Mae has agreed to guidelines for appealing lender commission actions.
